Community Services is getting a new Look

Our software vendor, WellSky, has been working to modernize the look and feel of our HMIS system, Community Services (formerly known as ServicePoint), to make it more user-friendly. The first change will be a total facelift - all the colors, icons, and fonts will be changing! 

What is changing?
The changes include:
        ○ A new color scheme and more readable fonts
        ○ Updated buttons and icons
        ○ Rebranding to WellSky Community Services (from ServicePoint)

Will it affect my data entry process? 
No - there will be no functional changes to the site. Everything will be in the same place, with the same functionality. 

When is this going to happen?
This will be released in late July. We will first be transitioning the training site, and then the live site. 

Should I expect anything else?
WellSky will continue to work on the user interface and improving usability of the system. We will continue to communicate any changes they will be making.

Hashed HMIS CSV Report: What is it?!

As of 6/15/2023, you will see an updated tile on the Reports page of Community Services - the Hashed HMIS CSV.

• You should still only pick the Entry Data Type(s) applicable to your project(s) (new options highlighted in red below)
